There are 8 exercises in this course. Exercises can be performed on the tennis court, in the gymnasium, be at home (You do not need a large area to do them). You should have a mat with you and 2-3 types of different rubbers depending on the strenght of the player or the exercises he performs. Complete training for 3-4 series, 2 minutes break after each series, do each exercise for 30 seconds, after each exercise rest for 20 seconds.
