In this course, you will find 9 exercises. In each exercise, you perform the appropriate number of repetitions, or the appropriate number of seconds shown in the video. The exercises can be performed on a tennis court, in a gymnasium or at home (you do not need a large area to do them). You should have a mat and 2-3 types of different rubbers depending on the strength of the player or the exercises he performs. Complete training consists of 3-4 series, 2 minutes break after each series, 20 seconds break after each exercise.
